    What is handling time?

    The handling time is the time a seller need to prepare and ship a product. If a seller need more than usual time e.g. 1-2 days to ship a product, he can specify the handling time at the shipping comment.

    You can find all information you need at each product page. We use a multi-functional platform which is allow our sellers to provide you very easy everything you need at each product page.

    How can I became a seller on your marketplace?

    Became a seller on Ripardo.com is very easy, fast, with a lot advantages and most of all Free! At the top of the page under seller account field click Register Seller Account. For already customers simply go to your account and click sellers account.

    How I can sell a product(s)?

    Selling a product on our website is very easy. Visit the seller dashboard and under seller menu click Create New Product. There is also a link to the bottom of every page. Please check that 4 simple steps here. (We have also include a video tutorial showing step by step how to list a new product)

    How and when I will receive payments?

    We only accept and trust PayPal for all transactions. You will receive the payment instantly!

    I receive an order but I forget to add my PayPal address to my account. How I get paid?

    First add your PayPal address to your account, then you can request a payout from your balance at any time. Our team will transfer your requested amount as soon as possible.

    How I can list a similar product?

    To make your life easier, there is a tool "Clone" which you can list similar products very easy and fast. If you wish to list a similar product then you can click the button "Clone" under your products list at your seller account and create a new one with a single click. Just make sure to use a unique title.

    How I can remove or re-list my product from listing?

    For any reason you wish to remove your product from active listing go to 'Manage your products' and simply click the red button. To re-list your product just click the edit button and set the quantity at least to 1 (one, use numbers).

    How to add new categories for my products?

    Please send as an email with the category you wish and we will add it immediately. Else, you can add your product(s) to the "Various" category and we will create a new category as soon as possible for your future listings.
